Welcome to Grounded Prints. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Custom Products
All products sold by Grounded Prints are custom-made based on customer-provided artwork, text, sizing, and specifications. Customers are responsible for reviewing all files, spelling, dimensions, and order details before submitting an order.
Grounded Prints is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork, including but not limited to spelling mistakes, low-resolution files, color variations, transparency issues, or design placement.
2. Artwork Rights & Ownership
By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, or other content, you represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use the submitted materials.
Grounded Prints reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate copyright, trademark, intellectual property laws, or that contains offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
The customer assumes full responsibility for any claims arising from the use of submitted artwork.
3. Proofs & Production
Not all orders receive a proof prior to production.
If a proof is provided, it is the customer's responsibility to review and approve all details carefully. Approval confirms that all artwork, spelling, sizing, and layout are correct.
Production may begin immediately after proof approval or order placement.
4. Color Variations
Colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, and tablets may differ from printed colors.
Grounded Prints cannot guarantee an exact color match between digital artwork and printed products. Minor color variations are considered normal and are not grounds for refunds or replacements.
5. Production & Turnaround Times
Estimated production times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
Production times may vary due to order volume, equipment maintenance, holidays, material availability, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Shipping
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.
Grounded Prints is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Custom Orders
All custom orders are final sale.
Because products are manufactured specifically for each customer, Grounded Prints does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Customer errors
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
- Color expectations
- Artwork issues supplied by the customer
- Orders no longer needed
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect or production error caused by Grounded Prints, customers must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.
At our discretion, we may replace the affected items.
Refunds are generally not provided for custom products.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
8. Limitation of Liability
Grounded Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Grounded Prints reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline artwork submissions for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Copyright or trademark concerns
- Offensive or unlawful content
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Fraudulent activity
- Orders that cannot be produced to our quality standards
10. Changes to These Terms
Grounded Prints reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
