Processing Time

All products are custom-made to order.

Most orders are produced and shipped within 1–3 business days, though processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Methods

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are supplied by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Grounded Prints.

Tracking Information

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping notification.

Shipping Delays

Grounded Prints is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be reshipped.

Grounded Prints is not responsible for orders delivered to addresses provided incorrectly during checkout.

Lost Packages

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment. Resolution timelines vary depending on the carrier's claims process.

Delivered Packages

Once tracking shows a package as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Grounded Prints is not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or missing packages after confirmed delivery.

Customers should first check with household members, neighbors, leasing offices, or local postal facilities if a package cannot be located.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.

Grounded Prints is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
