Refund policy

All Sales Are Final on Custom Orders

Because every order is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any custom products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom stickers
  • Vinyl decals
  • QR code stickers
  • Labels
  • Business signage
  • Any product featuring customer-provided artwork, logos, text, or design modifications

Please review your artwork, spelling, sizing, colors, and order details carefully before submitting your order. We print and produce orders exactly as provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if the error was on our end, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Custom orders may only be canceled or modified before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.
